On 8 April 2025, Road Safety Department Head for the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure and APRSO Focal for Armenia Ms. Arevhat Poghosyan joined the Road Safety Capacity Building Program webinar series as a key panel speaker.

The overall focus of the session was effective strategic planning and action development through the use of a range of data sources.

Ms. Poghosyan presented a case study from Armenia, which outlined a range of examples of best practice use of data to inform strategy and implementation. This included a focus on key crash 'black spots', key legislative reforms on infrastructure and vehicle safety, as well as initiatives focusing on safer road users and post-crash response. 

Joining Mr. Boran in the panel was Director of Losningar Dr. Jessica Truong.
