The Asia-Pacific Road Safety Observatory (APRSO) and the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC), in partnership with the Asian Development Bank (ADB), have launched the third Road Safety Capacity Building Program Webinar Series for 2025. This initiative builds on the momentum of the 2025 Asia-Pacific Regional Road Safety Conference, held at ADB Headquarters in Manila last September, and aims to strengthen knowledge and collaboration across the region. 

The series began with an insightful discussion on government funding models for road safety. Read about the first session here.

The second session, titled Sustainable Funding for Impact, will be held on 18 November 2025 from 3:00–4:30 p.m. (GMT+8). It will focus on how sustainable financing can drive measurable improvements in road safety. 

Key discussion points include:

✅ Real-world case studies
